The file C:\Documents and Settings\STAFF\Desktop\VID00001.AVI cannot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the file again.
How come when I try to import to Windows Movie Maker it says this?windows update
Download K-lite codec pack it covers just about any codec you will require on the planet . Its compatiable with Microsoft programs .
