How do i get music off i-tunes or limewire onto windows movie maker?

i'm trying to make a movie on windows movie maker . and i need music . i have i-tunes and limewire . how can i get the songs from there and import it onto movie maker . i cant find anything in a file . do i need to do saving or something . i just need the music despretley

If your mp3s are downloads, you may be s.o.l.. I believe that downloaded I-tunes can only be and will always be I-tunes - in other words, can't do much else with them. If you ripped the tunes from cds, then the whole picture changes, you have a whole lot of options and should be able to do whatever you want with them.

I am not familiar at all with limewire downloads, but it may be a similar problem.
