Help me out everytime i go to import a movie onto windows movie maker it says is not a supported?

Everytime i go to import it to windows movie maker it says doesnt suppsort i tried converting the file to wmv at www.media-convert.com and it didnt help me out at all can somone help me mayb even do it for me im trying to put a song onto a home made video of me plz help plz help plz help
