Try VideoPut. Is a tool for uploading videos to the internet.

Currently, you can upload videos to YouTube. With VideoPut you can upload videos in more comfortable way instead of uploading via your web browser. Usually even much more faster. If you have a lot of videos which you want to post to YouTube or other video website but don't want to spend so much time uploading them in this case VideoPut is just for you. If you have bad internet connection and want to upload big files it would be a real pain to do that via web broswer, with VideoPut it will be much more easily and more faster.

first copy it into a new folder then go to youtube and upload do all you settings then click browse the open it through browse then upload it its simple
After it's made be sure you saved it as a movie (wmv) then when you're logged into your youtube account click on Videos, then click upload and go through what it asks for such as click browse and find, select it, and click upload. By the way it's upload if it goes onto the internet, download is for going from the internet "down" to your computer.
Your probably saving it as a project, you do NOT want to do that. You want the movie as a .wmv file to do this,

1:When you finished making your movie, there is a section called finish your movie, click save to my computer and then go to youtube and upload your movie, but be sure to click the one with the picture.

^^That is if you have Window XP or anything other than Vista

2: For Windows Vista you would go to Publish to... and click on this computer then, it will also be saved as a .wmv file, then you upload it to youtube, remember ALWAYS upload the one with the picture thats the one saved as a .wmv file.

Hoped that helped!
