Is it possible to put text over a video on windows movie maker?

Could someone tell me how to put text on top of a video in windows movie maker.

YES ok

first click the video clip you want to add text on too

then click "tools" on the top of the screen next to "view"

then when the little bar comes down click "titles and credits"

and then you have this neat little text adder.

you can preview it, change its animation, color, size and font. :D
