As far as I know, Nikon is the only company I know of that uses Quicktime movies in their cameras (the L15, for example, shoots exclusively Quicktime .mov files), so if you stick with a company like Canon, Panasonic, or Sony, you should be fine. Just make sure to check the specifications to make sure. Here are two I think you should consider:
Canon SD1000 ($175, Link 1): Ultra-compact point and shoot, 7.1 megapixel, 3x optical zoom, 2.5" LCD. Offers numerous shooting resolutions (640x480, 320x240, 160x120) at various fps settings, including a fast 60fps setting at 320x240. It also offers a nifty time lapse setting.
Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX12 ($175, Link 2): Ultra-compact point and shoot, 7.2 megapixel, 3x optical zoom with Mega O.I.S. (Panasonic's version of Image Stabilization), 2.5" LCD. Offers a 16:9 aspect ratio (848x480) recording option if you show videos on an HDTV.
