There's no quick and easy way if you don't have the tools.

First thing you need to do is determine how to export from youtube...If I recall, there are quite a few plug-ins for the Firefox web browser which will assist in that. If you don't have firefox, you'll need to download and install that and then find a plug-in you like that will download the file.

As I recall, Windows Movie maker will accept most of your major file formats, with the exception of Quicktime. If it's in QT, you'll need a utility to convert the file.

So, to recap, here are the steps (or rather, the steps I'd follow):

Download Firefox.

Install Firefox.

Install Plug-in (to export embedded media files)

If file is Quicktime, download a conversion utility from QT to something the Windows Movie Maker can recognize like WMV.

Like I said, it's not quick or easy, but do-able if you have the time, patience, and know-how to download, install, and find conversion utilities online.
