I couldn't get it working but hey maybe you can. It ruined a DVD-R DL I was burning so that it won't play on any DVD players except my computer. In fact it won't play on all the DVD-ROM drives on my computer, only DVD+/-RW drives.

Please try this out on a disc before you give the discs to your parents for their birthdays. Nothing sucks more than giving them a gift only for it to not be workable and you have to give a make-up gift a few days later for ruining their birthday. ^^

It's the only free burned I could think of but I'm sure there are more.
I'm not sure I understand your question, if you have already made the movie in windows movie maker, then you need a burner to burn it, check to make sure that your burner burns DVD's. Look at the drive and it will say on it if it is a DVD ROM or a DVD RW, if it's a DVD ROM, you can't burn with it, if it's a DVD RW then you can use WMM and follow the instructions in the help section.
