this goes aglong with ru other question because i cant answer it twice, so ill have to answer it here
i got my answer when i asked yesterday
download this free video converter
http://www.any-video-converter.com/
scroll down to the bottom and download it
its fast and easy
then click add new video
then up in the top right, there will be a drop down menu, pick what u want to convert ur video to
the click convert or whatever
and and thatll take like less than 5 seconds
i did AVI
and that worked for me,
once uve got all that figured out,
go to youtube and upload the *new* video
it should be under your Any Video Converter file
and upload it!
(when you convert the video, the size decreases, allowing for easy upload on youtube.)

ifo, and bup files are info files telling your dvd player where to skip around on the video and what not. Actually, bup is a backup of ifo, if you ifo file goes bad. Your actual video is the vob file, which is an mpg format. You can copy that file straight onto your harddrive (unless it is copy protected - but since you made that dvd, its probably not) and either change the file extension to mpg, or convert it using a vob to mpg converter program, available online.
